Mark Steele is a South African Biokineticist who has worked
extensively as a Strength Conditioning Trainer in rugby,
hockey and soccer, at varying levels.

SSP is the product of 20 years spent studying the science of
human movement, and working to improve the strength
and fitness in top-flight players for Springbok, Sharks Super
Rugby and Currie Cup teams, amongst others.
